Our Story
The beginning
We are The Loop Tribe.
Adventurers, local guides, and people who love to tell stories. Some of us grew up among these mountains. Others fell for them at first sight. For us, Ha Giang isn't just a destination. It's home.
Leaving
Like many others, we left.
Down to the cities. To study. To work. A life that was faster, louder, more "normal". Far from the passes, far from the wind on the stone plateau.
Searching
But something always called us back.
We started to travel. New places. New people. And then one day, we returned to Ha Giang — not as locals, but as travelers.
The Loop
Our first time riding the full Ha Giang Loop.
Back then, everything was still raw. No crowds. No mass tours. No noise. Just endless mountains, quiet roads, and a feeling we couldn't quite name.
The Realization
Thousands of travelers come to Ha Giang for the breathtaking views.
But when they leave, that's rarely what they talk about first.
They talk about the people.
The friendships they never expected. The conversations that lasted late into the night. The meals shared around the table.
The moments that turned strangers into lifelong friends.
That's when we realized something.
